As the Deputy Manager your key responsibilities include:
Assist the Service Manager in providing leadership to staff in order to deliver the highest possible quality of care within a safe working and living environment
Lead the nursing teams to provide high quality, person centred care and support in way which promotes: dignity; privacy; safety and independence and which promotes equality & diversity for everyone living and working in the Service
Support the Service Manager to manage the effective use of resources, including those which impact on the financial performance of the Service, and maintain high levels of occupancy
Comply with all regulatory and legislative requirements at all times
Ensure the smooth and effective running of the transitional unit within the home and liaise with external health professionals
Provide Clinical Leadership and supervision within the Service
Will have full accountability for Infection Control implementation and audit throughput the service
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
Previous experience as a DM, Clinical Lead or Senior Nurse in a nursing home setting
Previous experience of leading a team
Great written and verbal skills for communication and understanding
Good IT skills and confidence in computer based work
Able to show a can-do attitude always
The successful Deputy Manager will receive an excellent annual salary of £39,600 per annum.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated BIM Manager to join our team.
The BIM Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Revit/Building Information Modeling (BIM) implementation to enhance the design, fabrication, and coordination of HercuWall.
This role will involve working closely with product, production, and sales teams to develop accurate and efficient BIM models that support manufacturing processes and ensure seamless integration of designs into the production floor.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Revit including advanced Family creation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop, manage, and maintain detailed Revit models, ensuring accurate representation of designs for production and installation. Develop Revit families and work to integrate add-in software to improve BIM efficiencies and specialized outputs. Maintain and enhance the configuration of Be.Smart Metal Framing (formerly AGACAD).
Maintain and enhance the Be.Smart tools to automated repetitive tasks in Revit and manipulate and export data to Excel. Develop and maintain Revit Shared Parameters file, understanding the role of Shared Parameters in Revit Families and subsequent integration into ERP Systems Work closely with preconstruction to understand project specifications and translate them into Revit models that align with production requirements. Collaborate with production and product teams to identify and resolve potential design or fabrication issues early in the process. Assist in the creation and management of 3D models, drawings, and digital construction documents to streamline the manufacturing process and improve product accuracy.
Perform clash detection and ensure coordination between different disciplines (e.g., architecture, structure, MEP) to avoid design conflicts during the preconstruction phase. Support the team in optimizing panel design for manufacturability, cost efficiency, and ease of installation. Provide Revit/BIM training and support, including developing standards and guidelines for BIM implementation. Maintain Revit/BIM-related documentation and records, ensuring that all models and documents are up-to-date and accurate. Collaborate with the preconstruction team to conduct reviews, design validation, and coordination meetings to ensure the alignment of the models with client expectations and production requirements. Participate in the development of customized Revit/BIM workflows and tools to improve efficiency, enhance collaboration, and meet project deadlines. Monitor industry trends and advancements in BIM technology, recommending new tools and practices to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the BIM process. EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:

Expert level knowledge along with Revit Certification highly desired.

The Kettle Operator is responsible for processing Tremco Sealants and/or Roofing products by carefully reading and following the process order card.
The operator is responsible for area readiness to produce which includes safety and collection and preparation of materials like pails, drums, and other chemical raw materials.
One batch is complete the operator will test for quality, adjust as needed to assure specification is met by following written standard operating procedures, and then fill product into specified packaging and palletize pails or drums.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Control or operate chemical processes or systems of machines using control boards, Human Machine Interface (HMI computer touch screen) or semi-automatic equipment.
Draw samples of products, and conduct quality control tests to monitor processing and ensure that standards are met.

Essential Functions
Stage and prepare all raw materials associated with production batches. Maintains orderliness and cleanliness in batch making and packaging areas, with active engagement in positive safety behavior. Communicates (gives a heads up) low levels of raw material to supervisory staff. Develops good working knowledge of all batch making and packaging processes. Maintains good working relationship with Quality Control Must be capable of logical structuring of batch making process, particularly optimizing the switchover sequence/needs of production. Reports all spills and leaks, equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, accidents, near miss accidents and material shortages to Production Supervisor Makes batches and operates packaging equipment efficiently.
Capable of handling scanner & basic computer operations When there is downtime on his line, proceeds to line assigned to him by Production Supervisor for further training or operation. Assist in hazardous waste handling when needed under the guidance from production management/supervisors or RCRA
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or GED Minimum 2-year prior related experience of 1 year experience as a production batch maker.
Preferred Requirements
College level chemistry course experience.
Physical Requirements
Must pass standard eye examination (corrected or uncorrected) and must pass standard color-tone testing. Must be capable of wearing Company standard respirators as qualified by fit test performed by an authorized agency. Must be capable of lifting between 25-70 lbs.
