They are looking for an experienced Procurement Solicitor, who can confidently take on a workload of largely contentious procurement matters of varying complexity and scale, advising contracting authorities and entities in a variety of sectors, including health, central government, local government and utilities.
You will be responsible for undertaking and progressing litigious matters within contentious procurement law and working on Judicial Reviews featuring procurement law issues.

About You
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of advising on the procurement of projects from start to finish (under all procedures) for services, supplies and works under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, Utilities Contracts Regulations 2016 and Concessions Contracts Regulations 2016 and applicable case law and Policy and supervising others to do the same.
You must have excellent organisational, communication and time management skills, be a creative and independent thinker, have client care at the forefront of your mind and a team player.
