Commercial Litigator

I am currently being instructed by a Top 200 firm based in Colchester to recruit for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor.
 
The role will involve managing your own caseload of Commercial Litigation cases including but not limited to Director disputes/disqualification, breach of contracts, any other contractual disputes, insolvency, shareholder’s rights and others.
 
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Commercial Litigation and be able to manage your own caseload without supervision.

You should be motivated, proactive, and be happy to conduct Business Development.

The role is based in Colchester and they are ideally looking for a Solicitor of 5+ years’ PQE.
