We are currently seeking a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant and diverse primary school in Woodside Park.

As a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that every child receives the personalised support they need to succeed.

  Work as a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, providing dedicated support to a child with additional needs, ensuring inclusion in the classroom.

  
  


• 
  

  Adapt resources and activities as a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to meet EHCP targets and individual learning styles.

  
  


• 
  

  Support behaviour management strategies as a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, using positive reinforcement and de-escalation techniques.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and parents as a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to track progress and share effective strategies.

  
  


• 
  

  Encourage independence, confidence, and resilience in pupils as part of your role as a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant.

  
  

• 
  

  Experience working as a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant or supporting children with SEN in a school setting.

  
  


• 
  

  Must have proven experience supporting a child with complex and challenging needs, including behaviour that requires consistent management and tailored strategies.

  
  


• 
  

  Enhanced DBS Certificate registered on the Update Service.

  
  


• 
  

  Right to work in the UK.
