• Preparation and service across all sections, with a focus on high-quality ingredients.

The Ideal Chef de Partie:
• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-quality kitchen.
• A passion for excellent produce and precise cooking.
• Strong team player with a positive and hardworking attitude.
• Experience with fish or Italian cuisine is advantageous, but a great attitude is essential.
