The Role:

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high-energy atmosphere.
• Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in all aspects of the bar experience.
• P&L management

Ideal Candidate:
• Proven experience in a similar role within cocktail bars.
• Big personality!
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
