Assistant General Manager

Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 + Bonus + Benefits

We're excited to share this very exciting opportunity to join an established and expanding restaurant group who are opening a new location in Miami, Florida!! The restaurant concept is upscale, elevated Asian cuisine and is Michelin recommended! This is an amazing opportunity to join a growing company that strives for excellence.

The ideal candidate has worked in a Michelin and/or Fine Dining environment, and has experience with new openings. 

Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:

• Alongside the General Manager, guide and train a large team to success
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and scheduling
• Be an ambassador for the company and build strong working relationships
• Support the development and implementation of new strategies to enhance the business and optimise revenue generation

The Ideal Assistant General Manager:

• Minimum of 3 years assistant management hospitality experience
• High- energy, positive, can-do attitude!
• A hands-on leader with strong communication skills
• Fluency in a second language is an asset
• Able to work a flexible schedule
