The Role:

We are excited to be working with a truly special fine dining restaurant in the heart of Central London, and we’re now looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager to help lead the team.

This is a small, intimate venue with a strong focus on exceptional service, attention to detail, and creating a memorable guest experience.

While the standard of food and service is high, the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, so we’re looking for someone who is both professional and personable.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong fine dining or Michelin-level experience
• A passion for guest service and a natural ability to build rapport
• Someone who is detail-orientated, calm under pressure, and hands-on
• A friendly, approachable leader who thrives in a collaborative environment
