The Role

In this role, you'll manage your own caseload of residential transactions, working across a mix of sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and home equity release matters.

Key responsibilities

• Running a full caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.


• Communicating clearly and professionally with clients and third parties.


• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal obligations.


• Drafting and reviewing legal documentation and managing financial elements of each transaction.


• Maintaining high levels of accuracy and service throughout the process.

About you

You're a proactive and client-oriented professional who can hit the ground running.

Ideally, you will bring:

• 4+ Years' PQE with solid experience in residential conveyancing.


• The ability to manage your own caseload independently.


• Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures and relevant legislation.


• A commercial mindset and the enthusiasm to contribute to business development.
