The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to step into a key role within a thriving property department.

You'll take responsibility for your own caseload of residential transactions from instruction through to completion, while also playing a part in supporting junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of residential property transactions independently.


• Overseeing file progression with attention to compliance and client care.


• Mentoring junior staff and contributing to a collaborative team dynamic.


• Liaising with clients, agents, and third parties to ensure smooth and timely completions.


• Supporting departmental growth initiatives and process improvements.

About you

• 3 years' experience handling residential conveyancing matters.


• Solid technical skills and a proactive approach to solving problems.


• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.


• Experience using legal case management systems.


• A positive, team-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in mentoring others
