ServiceNow Technical Architect – Complex Challenges, Real Impact

Linking Humans is working with a well-established consultancy that delivers high-level ServiceNow solutions across both public sector and enterprise environments.

We are currently seeking a skilled ServiceNow Architect to take the lead in shaping and delivering technically robust, scalable ServiceNow platforms.

This is an opportunity to work on critical transformation programmes and contribute to the evolution of complex IT service ecosystems.
What You’ll Be Doing

- Leading the design and architecture of full-scale ServiceNow implementations
- Providing hands-on technical leadership across multiple workstreams
- Guiding development teams, enforcing best practices, and overseeing solution governance
- Participating in client-facing design reviews, steering committees, and technical workshops
- Supporting integration architecture, security compliance, and performance optimisation
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet both technical and business requirements

What We’re Looking For

- Strong background in ServiceNow development, with at least two years in an architectural capacity
- Proven expertise in platform design, implementation, and configuration
- Ability to produce and review high-quality technical documentation and design artefacts
- Knowledge of both cloud-native and on-premise infrastructure considerations
- Experience with modules such as ITOM, ITAM, or IRM is highly desirable
- UK citizenship is essential due to project clearance requirements (no dual nationality permitted)
- Active SC clearance or the ability to obtain it is required
