ServiceNow Sales Account Executive – Business Development

We’re hiring a driven Sales Account Executive to spearhead new business growth across the UK.

If you’re experienced in selling ServiceNow solutions or IT transformation services, this is your chance to work remotely, earn uncapped commission, and make a real impact in a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:

- Own the full sales cycle – from lead generation through to close – targeting enterprise and mid-market accounts.
- Build strong relationships with senior IT and business stakeholders, identifying pain points and positioning tailored ServiceNow solutions.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive new logo acquisition across targeted verticals.
- Collaborate with technical pre-sales, marketing, and delivery teams to shape proposals, demos, and pricing.
- Accurately manage pipeline, forecasting, and reporting using modern sales tools.

About You:

- Proven track record in ServiceNow sales, or enterprise software / IT services sales with a strong understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
- Skilled in consultative selling and confident engaging C-level stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a remote-first setup.
- UK-based with full right to work.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow licensing models, partner ecosystem, and value propositions is a strong advantage.
