ServiceNow Process Architect – Arabic Speaking

A leading ServiceNow Partner is hiring an experienced ServiceNow Process Architect to join their team on-site in either Dubai or Abu Dhabi.

This is a key strategic role, focused on designing, optimising, and governing ServiceNow processes for enterprise clients across the region.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure ServiceNow solutions are aligned with business goals and industry best practices.

This role requires fluency in Arabic and a strong understanding of both business process design and platform capability.
Role Responsibilities:

- Lead process design and optimisation activities across ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM).
- Engage Arabic-speaking clients to understand current processes and define future-state workflows.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, platform-aligned solutions.
- Define governance frameworks, standards, and documentation to support long-term platform strategy.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions in both Arabic and English.
- Partner with technical consultants, developers, and architects to deliver high-quality implementations.

What You’ll Bring:

- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and verbal).
- Proven experience as a Process Architect, Business Process Consultant, or similar role within ServiceNow projects.
- Strong background in ITSM/ITOM or related domains.
- Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities, platform logic, and workflows.

- Certifications required:
– ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
– ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - ITIL or additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Application Developer) are a plus.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
