This opportunity is based at one of their upscale hotels in New York City, offering the chance to be part of an iconic luxury brand in one of the world’s most dynamic markets.

They are seeking a Director of Sales and Marketing to lead all sales and marketing initiatives, drive revenue growth, and elevate the hotel’s market positioning through strategic leadership and execution.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize occupancy.
• Lead, train, and manage a high-performing sales team while fostering strong relationships with key accounts and industry partners.
• Oversee marketing campaigns, brand management, and promotional initiatives to enhance visibility and guest engagement.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and revenue strategies to optimize financial performance.
• Conduct market analysis and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and overall experience

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in hotel sales and marketing with a proven track record of achieving revenue goals.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, distribution channels, and sales strategies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team leadership skills.
• Proficiency with sales and marketing software and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
