A primary school in Tower Hamlets is seeking a committed Learning Support Assistant to join their team.

The school provides a nurturing and inclusive environment for children aged 3 to 11, combining strong academic focus with creative, real-world learning experiences.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils' learning in 1:1 or small group settings.


• Assist teachers with planning, resources, and differentiated activities.


• Encourage positive behaviour, resilience, and social skills.


• Create a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment.


• Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external professionals to support individual pupil needs.

To succeed as a Learning Support Assistant, you will need:
· Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service
· Right to work in the UK
· Experience supporting pupils in primary education is desirable
· Strong communication skills, patience, and a supportive approach
