As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with a range of needs, ensuring inclusivity, wellbeing, and academic progress.

Job Responsibilities

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:




  • Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEND.




  • Adapt learning activities to meet individual needs and encourage independence.




  • Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external professionals.




  • Support classroom behaviour and contribute to a positive learning environment.




  • Engage pupils in extracurricular and enrichment activities, including before and after-school programs.





Qualifications/Experience


  • Previous experience working as an SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar role supporting pupils with additional needs




  • Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service




  • Right to work in the UK
