Job Responsibilities


  • Supporting children with special educational needs in class and during group/1:1 activities




  • Assisting the class teacher in creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment




  • Encouraging pupils' independence, confidence, and well-being




  • Helping to deliver tailored learning strategies and differentiated tasks




  • Working closely with parents, teachers, and SENCO to ensure each child's needs are met




  • Promoting the school's values of kindness, trust, and courage daily





Qualifications/Experience

To be considered for this SEN Teaching Assistant role, you will need:




  • Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service




  • Right to work in the UK




  • Previous experience working with children with SEN is desirable but not essential




  • A positive, patient, and caring approach with a genuine passion for supporting children's learning
