About the Role/School

We are looking for a committed Level 3 Practitioner to join a vibrant and inclusive primary school in Camden.

The school is dedicated to creating a positive, nurturing environment for all pupils, where diversity is celebrated and every child is supported to succeed.


As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will contribute to delivering a broad and balanced curriculum designed to inspire creativity and critical thinking.

The staff team is highly supportive, working closely with families to ensure pupils' academic progress, personal growth, and wellbeing.

Job Responsibilities

As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will:




  • Support pupils in the Early Years and across the primary phase with engaging and inclusive learning.




  • Deliver creative, play-based activities that nurture curiosity and independence.




  • Work closely with teachers and other staff to contribute to a well-rounded learning experience.




  • Build strong relationships with families and the wider school community.




  • Maintain a safe, supportive environment in line with safeguarding policies.





Qualifications/Experience


  • Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification




  • Previous experience working as a Level 3 Practitioner in a school or early years setting




  • Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service




  • Right to work in the UK
