About the Role/School

We are seeking a dedicated Level 3 Practitioner to join a welcoming and nurturing early years setting in South Harrow.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Level 3 Practitioner to work in a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where children are supported to thrive.


The nursery provides a play-based, child-centred curriculum that supports children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.

As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will work closely with families to promote learning, wellbeing, and confidence, ensuring each child reaches their full potential.

Safeguarding, positive behaviour, and personal development are at the heart of this setting, making it a wonderful place for a Level 3 Practitioner to flourish.



Job Responsibilities

As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will:




  • Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework




  • Foster curiosity, independence, and a love of learning from an early age




  • Support children's holistic development through engaging, play-based activities




  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and outside professionals




  • Maintain safeguarding and health & safety standards at all times





Qualifications/Experience


  • Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification




  • Previous experience working as a Level 3 Practitioner in a nursery or early years setting




  • Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service




  • Right to work in the UK
